Started by the Principal Accountant Mohammed Taiyab, the firm began as a small team of 2. This team worked at providing the highest quality service to the local community at an affordable price.As a result, the firm has experienced large growth and has expanded to a larger team of 8 staff. This team handles matters ranging from payment arrangement and letters to providing CFO services to million dollar companies.
Our growth is due to Mr Mohammed Taiyab and his ability to always provide a high quality of service. This standard has become the benchmark for our staff and what we strive to meet.

The greatest achievement of TAAP comes from nurturing and training youth interns and forging them into capable accountants, managers and executive staff for the future by providing and enhancing their employability skills. Over a decade, TAAP has fostered and trained about 50 accountants, and over a hundred executive assistants and administrative staff belonging to migrant and ethnic groups. The youth belonged to a diverse range of nationalities- China, Vietnam, India, Fiji, Afghanistan, UAE, China, Ukraine, Russia and Indonesia. This has contributed magnificently to the employability skills of the youth and they have grown to become successful accountants and entrepreneurs.
TAAP unceasingly offers internships to youth/migrants/women in the community and provides them with in-house training. TAAP organizes workshops and lectures on key social issues addressing the youth. TAAP has arranged special lectures for youth on “Respect, humanity and peace” and “Determinantal effects of drugs and alcohol”.
Over the years, TAAP has interned and trained staff from native communities. TAAP has had employees from different nationalities speaking languages like Farsi (Persian), Dari, Pashto, Chinese, Vietnamese, Hindi, Bulgarian, Russian and Urdu.
The firm also organizes cultural events annually by renting a town hall with gatherings of about 500 people. In collaboration with other firms of the Dandenong region to have a multi-cultural evening with music and dances from diverse range of backgrounds.
